Customer service is as important as your ability as an organic gardener. You must enjoy working with people and treat our clients as you would a family member and each garden as you would your own.

As a standout applicant, you should be able to maintain edible gardens to Calamigos high standards from both an aesthetic and production perspective. Attention to detail is paramount! Accurate, timely and detailed record keeping in this certified organic garden is essential. Skill in communicating with the client
and other members of the Calamigos team is very important. This position would be supported by another Calamigos harvester once a week with additional assistance from the current grounds keeping staff. This position would be working closely with the Calamigos principal/owner.
