Company description Tulip Tree Creamery is an award winning creamery located in Indianapolis, IN and started production in 2014. We specialize in making hand crafted specialty cheeses from fresh spreadable to special aged cheeses. We use locally sourced milk from small scale family farms, and our products are sold throughout the USA. In only few years the products have won national awards and recognition. We are currently in the process of expanding our production capacity to continue to grow and develop additional unique creations. Job description This person will help with all aspects of the cheese making. From pumping the milk in the tank, making the different types of cheeses and other products, assisting with the affinage. And from time to time assisting with packing the products, help with marketing and sales events.
It requires a person who likes to create, work with food, and wants to learn. and prefers to work in a small company. it is very important that this person has an eye for detail, can follow the recipes and understands that procedures, record keeping, cleaning and sanitation are very important.
