To continue to build our Digital Studio Division team, we are seeking a rockstar Social Media Associate. This is a full-time position, based in Midtown Manhattan, for immediate hire.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Planning, Posting & Management
- Manage all social media channels for the agency — Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — and build and monitor all content across the platforms
- Manage the clients’ accounts by planning and executing social media strategies
- Write social copy and schedule content for all social media platforms
- Create social-driven video content for all social media channels, especially Instagram, Instagram Story, and IGTV
- Liaise with the company’s roster of professional videographers and photographers to coordinate photo and video shoots
- Organize the agency’s social assets to distribute them to different social media channels
- On the agency's social platforms, engage with followers, reply to questions, comments, and DMs, and ensure the brand voice is consistent across all social media channels
- Support agency's ongoing social influencer marketing program
- Manage agency's social influencer database and grow the digital community
- Own and execute social media campaign across all social channels (mainly Instagram and Facebook) to grow brand awareness and drive engagement through giveaways, partnerships, and etc.
- Identify trends and KPIs to track growth and understand month-to-month performance for all social media channels
- Analyze data to make strategic recommendations and key action steps to communicate to the team
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant social media experience
- Demonstrated results in Food & Beverage, Spirits & Cocktails, Travel & Tourism, Bars & Restaurants and Hotels
- Case studies of successful social media campaigns that organically grew targeted followers and increased engagement
- Impeccable visual and writing skills
- A passion for creative storytelling
- Detail orientation, accuracy, and precision all around
- The ability to manage tasks autonomously and collaborate with team members
