Job description The Executive Chef will be responsible for maintaining nutrition classes through out the classrooms, maintaining an inventory of the kitchen supplies and food, creating weekly menus using local grown sustainable, seasonal, organic and humanely sourced items. Maintain a current food budget and an inventory list. Maintain relationships with vendors and schedule any maintenance needed. Make sure the kitchen meets all State and Bright From The Start regulations. Be responsible for ordering and sourcing ingredients.
