The ideal candidate is an outgoing and enthusiastic team player who will enjoy a fast-paced and lively work environment. This role is responsible for selling and planning private events for the Cooking School. Primary sales efforts include: negotiating and contracting business, menu planning, offering clients guidance and assistance as needed, maintaining vendor relationships and working collaboratively with the sales, wine, banquets, restaurant and purchasing departments’ staff and other departments to ensure a smooth operational experience.
