Marley Spoon is currently operating in the US, Europe and Australia. We are looking for a part time freelancer to run nutritional analysis on our recipes for the American Culinary team.
The role & responsibilities:
Calculation and preparation of the nutrition information panels (according to the country's legal requirements) for all the recipes that will be featured on the weekly menu.
Check and declaration of the allergenic substances (according to the country's legal requirements) that are present in the food items included in all the recipes. Work closely with the Food Safety and Procurement teams to collect information as needed.
Support the culinary team with any health & nutrition related topics and work with them on nutritional problem solving in their weekly recipe creation.
Provide nutritional content to be used in marketing campaigns, blog posts, and social media and answer all customer’s inquiries regarding nutrition and allergens.
