Job description
Maman, a busy French and Northern American inspired cafe, bakery, and event space is seeking a full-time Line Cook for it's Nomad location.
At Maman we serve breakfast and lunch 7 days a week, along with a selection of house made baked goods, espresso, and tea. Our main goal is to serve not only delicious, but beautiful meals to the public.
- A base knowledge of food service cooking
- Detail oriented  
- Experienced in catering 
- Someone who takes care in making dishes look beautiful
- Self motivated
- Works well under pressure and handles high volume with ease 
- Team focused 

MUST be familiar with catering preparations and formats. We have a busy event's schedule as well as catering business and need an additional team member dedicated to this style of cooking. 
This position will be part time to start Saturday, Sunday & Monday to start with the potential to work more shifts. 
Compensation is based on culinary experience.
