JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:
The Sales Coordinator will report Into the VP of Sales and support a team of (4) sales managers In customer order management, maintenance of sales materials and reports.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- effectively interact with sales, management, brokers and customers
- manage order revisions and PO maintenance with buyers
- maintain price lists, broker scorecards, and various sales reports
- ensure accuracy of annual sales forecast file and new Item trackers
- manage content for weekly/monthly sales conference calls
- create and maintain master sales decks and sell sheets
- support development and distribution of sales materials
- support coordination for sales trade shows
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in CPG sales and/or internal sales support role preferred
- Strong people skills; ability to work in a home office and stay connected with the team
- Detail oriented self-starter, ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
