Job description Hi! The Brooklyn Kitchen, Brooklyn's most fantastic and awesomest cooking school, is looking for assistants. 

We are a radical cooking school, changing the world by teaching people how to cook like grown-ups. We are fast-paced, customer-facing, hilarious and hard-working. 

You should be quick on the uptake and great with people, like to get your hands dirty and eat food every day. You like to laugh and make friends, and you are ready to learn all there is to know about cooking, and teaching people how to cook. 

The work environment is an open kitchen classroom, and fast-paced food prep and teaching. Tasks will include customer service and answering questions about class registration, cleanup and dishes, mopping, slopping, food prep and assisting in classes. Weekend availability is a must, and you will likely work 2-3 days per week.  Compensation this position is : hourly, $15/hr + Application instructions Deadlineno deadline
