Ideal candidates will have Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience in a fine dining atmosphere, especially those with seasonal cooking experience or seasonal menu creation. Interest in food sustainability, local sourcing, creative presentation, and continual learning will contribute to a candidate's success in this position.
