The Banquet Chef is responsible for the overall smooth function of the banquet kitchen and its staff. The ideal candidate is a seasoned, supportive and collaborative leader who enjoys leading by example in a faster-than-average pace while maintaining attention to details. You will be working closely with the Banquets and Catering teams in a variety of events where each day is different from the next.

This role will oversee production and execution of all banquet functions to ensure all time requirements and standards of quality are met.

The Banquet Chef position requires previous experience in a culinary leadership role, excellent cooking skills, and a passion for menu development.
