Our focus is to give our collectors and guests that philosophy materialized in our hospitality. Job description As a sous chef you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of dishes for our events. Product receiving and organization. Involved with menu planning and taking part of different projects in the kitchen like fermentation and creative processes.
