The IT System Administrator will provide technical support to end users.  He or she will also perform routine maintenance on and troubleshoot issues related to computers, phones, LAN, applications, computer peripherals, security and monitor the organization’s overall network health. This position will provide tier 1 and tier 2 IT support.  The IT System Administrator is responsible for interacting with external vendors regarding the provisioning of new services as well as technical support evaluations.  The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated with a customer-centric attitude and a willingness to work flexible shifts. 

The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational, prioritization and communication skills, both verbally and written.  Experience with networking technologies including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, firewall configuration, Microsoft HyperV, TCP/IP v4/v6, VLANs, VPN and wireless is a must.  A high school diploma, relevant job-related certifications and five years related work experience is required.
