This Assistant Account Executive position will be tailored to fit the right person, so that can skew towards your personal skills and interests, but your overall responsibilities may include:
- Social media content creation (copywriting, image sourcing)
- Scheduling & analytics for social media accounts
- Engagement & community management (primarily Instagram)
- Assisting with brand decks & strategy
- Assisting with client photoshoots
- Graphic design or website build (only if desired)
- Email marketing
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree OR equivalent experience in the food/beverage/hospitality industry
- Interest in food, wine, spirits, hospitality, etc
- Some experience with writing, marketing, photography, graphic design preferable but not necessary
- Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign a plus
- Ideally you will have access to a car in order to travel to photoshoots & client meetings
Compensation
This job is largely remote, but you must be located in the Bay Area and be willing to meet and work together with the founder, business partners, and interns once a week, plus take part in some client photoshoots, events or meetings if necessary. Estimated time commitment is around 20 hours per week.
