Hello there! We got our start making sourdough bread in our home. With the support of our community and friends, our microbakery is now a brick and mortar cafe/bakery that serves up breakfast, brunch-type items and a killer coffee program. As Barista, your role is to prep the coffee and drinks station in preparation for service; and make drinks (coffee and non-coffee) during service. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, dialing in the espresso machine, pre-scaling and grinding beans, ensuring that the refrigerator is well stocked with all drinks-related items, prepping cold brew, iced tea, squeezing juice, etc. You are also responsible for keeping items in inventory; and making sure to check in with the manager if there is anything that needs reordering. At end of service, you are in charge of meticulously cleaning up your station, coffee brewers and espresso machine.
Currently hiring for shifts Wednesday - Friday 7 to 4 pm; with weekend shifts depending on availability.
this position is PAID: hourly, varies DOE, $11.10 - $15.00
