Piedmont, an award-winning farm-to-table restaurant in downtown Durham is seeking an experienced and talented Chef to lead our kitchen. We’re looking for a creative professional with vast knowledge of planning and executing menus which highlight local and seasonal ingredients. At least 4 years experience in a high volume fine dining kitchen required. Preference given to candidates with 1+ years of kitchen management. The Chef will be responsible for leading all BOH team members, ordering, quality control, managing inventory and maintaining relationships with local vendors. ServSafe certification required.
