RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and implementing hotel policies, goals and objectives.
- Setting and maintaining service standards used to create a second-to-none guest experience.
- Training, scheduling, supervising, evaluating and providing continuous feedback to front desk agents, house agents, and room attendants.
- Coordinate hotel staff to ensure efficient handling of guest requests.
