Local food and coffee entrepreneurs from around the city will pop up in certain venues for a Curation Pilot. Each week the food entrepreneur will rotate to a different venue and each venue will receive a different food entrepreneur. DM Ventures is looking for an Account Manager to manage the different venues who will be able to work with the most progressive food and coffee entrepreneurs in the city. This position will need to manage all of the entrepreneurs and ensure everything runs smoothly along with checking all food entrepreneurs in and out of each venue location. This person coordinates all requirements for every event day and is responsible for enforcing the terms of the company while ensuring all clients abide by the rules and health codes. This person must ensure all customers and clients are successful during execution and satisfied during the entire duration of the pilot.
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must coordinate with venue catering departments to ensure proper utilization of space
• Finalize requirements of each event and ensure entrepreneurs are aware and following all the requirements
• Ensure all checks, prices, and data collected is accurate
• Find solutions to the inevitable problems and glitches that will arise during events
• Comply with DM Ventures standards and work professionally and respectfully with committee members and clients
• Supervise the events and ensure 100% satisfaction of customers and clients
• Check in the Food and Coffee Entrepreneurs in each morning
• Making sure the entrepreneurs have all of the necessary tools they need to serve
• Run and coordinate the different special events
• Make sure everything is running smoothly at each location
• Regularly check that the POS data is accurate and going to our databases.
