This is a great opportunity to work in a start-up environment with a small talented team. You will work very closely with the exec chef and see all aspects of operations including financials, business development, working with front of house, and R&D. We are growing quickly with lots of opportunities for professional growth.
Sous chef responsibilities will include: Menu development, ordering, scheduling, prepping, line cooking, managing/training cooks, food costing, expediting, and occasional off-site events.
Ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial and creative spirit, and passionate about our mission towards sustainability and accessibility of good food.
Compensation this position is : salaried, varies DOE, $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 Application instructions
