The right person should:

* Have Extensive Experience as a Line Cook/Sous Chef
* Be a Good Cook
* Punctual
* Detail Oriented
* Works Clean, Good Sanitation Practices
* Having a NYC Food Protection Certificate is a plus
* Culinary School Graduate is a plus, but not required
* Good Work References, Bring the references to the interview 
*2-3 years experience as a Lead Line Cook displaying excellent leadership skills. 
*Highly-developed knowledge of Italian culinary styles and mastery of all line level cooking stations. 
*A professional and polished approach to leadership. 
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
*The ability to comfortably lead a team in a busy atmosphere.
* Italian Speaking a PLUS Compensation this position is : hourly, varies DOE, $18.00 - $22.00 Application instructions
