Company description Petee's Pie Company is based on a simple concept: make the best pie money can buy using real ingredients. We make our pies using seasonal local produce and natural fair-trade sweeteners. Our crust is made with organic flour and grass-fed butter from New York State. We will consider both full time and part time candidates. We expect you to have at least 2 years meaningful and relevant job experience. This position is for a Back Counter Server which is a unique position involving serving customers, baking and light food preparation. 

Requirements:
-ability to carry 50 lb up stairs
-food handler's certificate (or ability to obtain one quickly)
-ability to work efficiently under pressure and to work late nights without losing steam.
-availability on nights and/or weekends AND on holidays 
-ability to work flexibly as part of a team
-ability to handle feedback constructively


Responsibilities include:

-baking delicious pies! We'll teach you how
-engaging, informing and serving customers at the front counter
-assembling and plating dishes
-clear communication with coworkers and management
-cleaning tasks such as dishwashing, vacuuming, and mopping
-espresso experience a plus
-using a POS system to handle payment 


Hours and pay:

-FT positions consists of five shifts with two consecutive days off
-You will be expected to work at least one weekend day whether full or part time.
-$15/hour plus tips.
