RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE ALL ASPECTS OF MAKING CHEESE --
cheesemaking, affinage (below ground European style aging room), product inventory and ingredient management, record keeping, ensuring adherence to GMP's per FSMA, etc.

The right candidate will have a passion for cheesemaking and have at least three years of experience making cheese. 

 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• 3+ years experience making cheese
• Ability to proactively problem solve
• Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
• Physical stamina. Must be able to lift at least 45lbs, repetitively
• Proven track record

While not a requirement, we encourage creativity and will support your interest in developing new cheeses.

A college degree (especially in Food or Dairy Science) is preferred, but not required.   Compensation this position is : salaried, varies DOE, $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 Application instructions DeadlineAugust 19, 2019
