Shelsky's Brooklyn Bagels is a newish bagel store making some of NYC's best bagels. We take our bagels very seriously here and we want you to be part of the team! Our bagels ferment for 3 days with a sourdough starter. We take extra care to make old-fashioned, not too big, dense and chewy bagels! You won't find any rainbow bagels here.... But we do have some fun with our flavors... Cracked pepper and salt as well as Sichuan peppercorn bagels keep customers on their toes!
Job description
Shelsky's Brooklyn Bagels is looking for a weekday (Monday through Friday) bagel and bialy baker! Are you the kind of person that likes to work efficiently in quiet solitude! This shift starts around 3AM and finishes around 10AM. Come bake some of New York's greatest bagels. We ask that you have at least 1+ year of bagel baking experience, that you work neatly and efficiently, and that you communicate well with your team members. Come join our dedicated team!
Compensation
this position is : hourly, varies DOE, $16.00 - $17.00
