Company description Flatiron is located in the beautiful Hudson Valley of New York and we have been open for over 10 years. We are a 65 seat restaurant focusing on utilizing the bounty of farms in our area. We work closely with some of our local farms right here in Red Hook. Everything here is made in house from all of our breads to our ketchup. Our menu is seasonal and changes around 6 times per year. We love to host specialty dinners from beer to wine. The restaurant is open 5 days a week dinner only. Job description This is a full time position but since we are open only 5 days you will never get called in on your day off. Responsibilities will include food prep, organizing your station, cooking on the line during service and assisting the chef with menu creations. We are looking for someone with over 5 years experience in fine dining and a culinary degree is a plus.
