Company description Kickstand opened over five years ago, and quickly became a centerpiece of the Arlington community. A customer recently told us "Kickstand is Arlington's living room."  Maintaining this warm, welcoming space and providing customers with wholesome, carefully crafted cafe fare is our reason-to-be. Our 70+ seats are nearly always full and our location on the Minuteman Bikeway provides a steady stream of hungry and thirsty visitors.

Here's what we care most about: going beyond great customer service, serving food and drinks like we'd prepare at home for our closest friends, making a difference in the world in ways both small (sending out customers who feel better than they did when they walked in) and slightly less small (supporting causes we believe in). Job description We make simple, wholesome cafe fare -- A LOT OF IT! We need to expand our busy team.  If you enjoy making food that makes people happy, and can work quickly and efficiently, this position could be for you. We are open to full or part-time. 

Day to day duties will include making sandwiches, salads, sauces and other components of our offerings. Experience in a professional kitchen is useful, but a solid home cook looking to expand his/her/their horizons could be just the right fit!
