Vegan dentist who recently acquired a small food space (approximately 5'x12') is seeking a working partner to manage the day-to-day operations of the business. This will be a *plant-based/vegan* food establishment. ZERO animal products. The menu will be predominantly grilled items such as burgers, hot-dogs, sausages, grilled cheese, and similar items/sandwiches. Basically a food truck that stays stationary. :)
