Company description We're a small bakery in the Catskills providing fresh bread to local residents, weekenders, and some of the best inns and restaurants in New York.  Our organic and heritage grains are sourced from farms and co-ops, milled in-house, naturally leavened and baked on a hearthstone. 

The bakery is located in the historic Russell's General Store building in Bovina, NY.
