Company description We are a Cheese Shop & Cafe located in Madison on the Connecticut Shoreline near New Haven and have been in business since 2008.

We are 2 businesses in one, a full service artisanal cheese and specialty food shop, and a cafe specializing in amazing and varied gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches.
We work hard to procure and offer to our customers a wonderful selection of the most delicious cheeses, charcuterie and foods in the world.

We are passionate about good food, and happily, we have learned over time that truly natural, healthy and sustainably produced food tastes best.

Our challenge is to continually learn more and to impart that knowledge to our customers so that they too can find joy in real food grown and made, not by faceless corporate conglomerates, but by honest farmers and artisans. Job description

We are seeking long term full time and part time employees, who are flexible and available to work at our busiest times.  For this position, our ideal candidate is an experienced Cheese Monger, but we are willing to train the right person.

We are a small and unique shop and we strive toward excellence, and therefore everyone must learn and perform every job as needed. We are a growing shop, and we seek people who wish to grow with us!
