Come join our true 'farm-to-table' restaurant in the beautiful Catskills Mountains of upstate New York.  Just under a 2 hour drive from NYC, we're surrounded by farmers and artisans of this bucolic region.

This is not your average restaurant job!  We are seeking an assistant manager with previous fine-dining experience to join our talented team. Work ONLY 4 nights per week!  (that's three days off a week to enjoy the beautiful hiking trails, reservoirs, lakes and ski resorts!).  Dinner service only (SLEEP LATE!)  Competitive wages, benefits (health insurance + retirement savings plan) available.
