Job description We are looking for an organized, charismatic manager to round out our fantastic team.  We require 3 years of restaurant experience, if you are new to management we are happy to train you comprehensively.  We do expect POS experience, wine, cocktail and food knowledge.  While we are not a fine-dining restaurant we would like someone familiar with the steps of service and floor etiquette.  The most important thing is flexibility and full availability.  This is an amazing opportunity to grow and learn in a busy and popular restaurant owned by a famous NYC restauranteur.
