Job description

As a Bartender you will be the custodian of the full Food Crush experience, as such you should possess the following :

  • 1-2 years experience bartending in a high volume casual fine dining or fine dining setting.
  • Experience with app-based and traditional POS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and the ability to thoughtfully listen.
  • Experience using a standard array of bar tools.
  • A command of classic cocktails and their attendant culture, spirits, craft beers, and a strong working knowledge of old and new world wines.
  • The ability to operate efficiently and calmly through high volume service situations, both independently, and as part of a team.
  • Food safety knowledge.
  • Knowledge of traditional steps of service.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee and tea service.
  • The desire to cultivate a unique and exceptional experience for each of our guests time and time again.
  • A warm, positive demeanor and a commitment to excellence.
