-Open breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch on weekends 7 days a week
- New American cuisine with a flare
Responsibilities include:
-Inventory Management
-Managing the line and expediting tickets on the days Executive Chef is off
-Creating menu specials daily and changing the static menu seasonally
-Catering parties and events
-Administrative duties (payroll, onboarding new hires, creating weekly schedules)
-Managing & training ~20 prep, line, and grill cooks (only 4 at a time during service)
-Working directly with Executive Chef
Must be:
-Hardworking
-Enthusiastic
-Team Player
-Creative
-A leader within a very busy kitchen environment
-Experienced in restaurant work!
-Knowledgeable in food safety/sanitation (certificate required within 90 days of hire)
-Able to keep a very clean work station
Preferably:
-Flexible availability
-Bilingual Spanish/English
-Comfortable with computers and online platforms for ordering & administration
Compensation:
50-60k annual salary depending on experience
