We are seeking a dedicated Full- time Baker to join our kitchen production team for our Grow Good Foods line of clean-label, allergen-friendly, simple ingredient and sustainably sourced packaged snacks and meal components.

Duties

• Large scale baking and prepping: primarily granola bars and granola
• Wrap and package baked items
• Help rework recipes and baking and packaging process as needed
• Maintain and keep kitchen space clean and up to food safety standards

Requirements

• Culinary knowledge and experience
• Experience baking in high volumes
• Experience working in a large food-service kitchen
• Ability to follow recipes accurately – superior attention to detail required
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements (food service sanitation required)
• Positive attitude, reliable, and flexible
• Fluent in English 
• Strong communication skills
• Clean background check
