Job description

Are you interested in giving back to the industry you love, motivating and mentoring culinary students preparing to enter the field? The Culinary Institute of America is looking for an innovative hospitality expert to teach our industry’s future leaders. Our Dining Room Service faculty are responsible for teaching the tenets of Front of House service within a student-driven restaurant setting.

 

We seek individuals who can personally follow and role model the core values which guide our efforts: excellence, leadership, professionalism, ethics, and respect for diversity. The successful candidate has progressively responsible professional experience within the hospitality/service industry, and embodies the impeccable presentation expected of this Institution. An Associate’s degree in hospitality or a related field is required; being an alumnus of the CIA is a plus.
