Company description Share the Harvest was founded on the belief that everyone is entitled to fresh, nutritious food. To that end, we grow and donate thousands of pounds of fresh, highly nutritious vegetables and herbs to local organizations feeding hundreds of children, seniors, and disabled people on the East End of Long Island.

We employ organic methods to encourage a diverse and thriving soil ecosystem that provides a healthy environment for our crops. We focus on nutrient-rich vegetables and cold-tolerant staple crops that provide much-needed produce in early spring and late fall, when many families in our community are struggling to make ends meet. Share the Harvest Farm (STH) is a non-profit, five-acre farm and seasonal farm stand located in East Hampton, NY. Share the Harvest, which is celebrating its 10th season, is currently seeking a Farm Manager. The Farm Manager will be responsible for all aspects of farm production, staff and intern supervision, donations, management of our seasonal farm stand, and regular interaction with STH Board of Directors.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Housing assistance may be available. Minimum of 3 years of farming experience required.
