Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in program support.
- Experience working with schools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Google Apps.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.
- Ability to be flexible and take on many tasks at once.
- Excellent time and project management skills and attention to details.
- Passion for the WITS’ mission.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Regular correspondence with schools.
- Fulfill variety of clerical roles to support Program staff.
- Track weekly and monthly reports.
- Order equipment and ensure smooth delivery.
- Help oversee monthly trainings.
- Update program materials: toolkit, marketing materials, etc.
- Update and maintain Salesforce accounts.
- Recruit and nurture relationships with WITS Fitness Partners.
- Recruit and assign volunteers to schools.
- Coordinate school events.
- Assist in scheduling as needed.
- Facilitate execution of hands-on curriculum including but not limited to:
- Manage equipment ordering, assembly, and distribution.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and brochures.
- Schedule volunteers - recruit and assign to schools.
- Manage delivery logistics.

- Assembly of non-perishable supplies.
- Printing and distribution of materials.
- Local and National Program Support.
- Support Program Directors on the implementation of tools for additional local and national programs.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Other tasks as required from time-to-time to support Programs.
Details:
- This position reports to the National Program Director.
- Start date: immediate.
