Responsibilities include:
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality.
• Supervise and direct food preparation and production.
• Motivate and inspire the team.
• Work with Chef/Owners to develop new menus and specials.
Job Requirements:
• Strong culinary skills and an upbeat personality.
• Friendly and passionate about food, wine and the guest experience.
• At least 5 years of NYC restaurant experience preferred.
