Job description Our approach is rooted in old-school, genuine hospitality–treating our guests and clients like family, offer genuine hospitality to our guests, garner relationships and maintain our restaurants not only as neighborhood gems, but also as Greenwich Village destinations where our guests can be confident that their experiences are sure to be exceptional. Our ideal candidate will be able to execute and oversee scaled down fine dining technique in a bustling, busy atmosphere.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain the highest standards of food quality.
• Supervise and direct food preparation and production.
• Motivate and inspire the team.
• Work with Chef/Owners to develop new menus and specials.

Job Requirements:
• Strong culinary skills and an upbeat personality.
• Friendly and passionate about food, wine and the guest experience.
• At least 5 years of NYC restaurant experience preferred.
