the girl & the fig, LLC is currently looking for an experienced FOH Manager to join our team.

Successful candidates for this management position will be:

*experienced in managing staff and customer service

Duties include:

*supervising front and back of house staff on a daily basis

*ensuring the consistent high quality of food, beverage and customer service

*filling in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations

*developing, training, and scheduling staff

*controlling costs in all areas

 

Qualifications:

*must be able to provide or complete a Management Food Handler Certification and renew as necessary

*must be able to provide or complete a LEAD Training Certification and renew as necessary

*have knowledge of service, food, and beverage, generally involving at least three years of FOH operations or assistant management positions

 

This is a full-time position with benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation, Dining, Bonus Program) available after successful completion of an introductory period. Salary range is $55,000 to $65,000 annually.
