Job description

OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Head of Growth and serving as a member of the Program Team, this position's primary responsibility is to lead program maintenance and new site onboarding, ensuring high quality customer service. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as it is external facing.  The role combines sales, program management, product oversight, and business development in a fast-paced, start-up environment. This is a position with opportunity for growth within the organization. This position will work closely with existing program sites, and partners; manage CRM database and fulfill consistent data entry, create systems for effective new program site onboarding, and collaborate with the Head of Growth to expand the reach and impact of the Project. 

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Network Onboarding

  • Onboard new customers to CCP network, including coordinating inquiry management, payment, and trainings.
  • Respond directly to initial inquiries through multiple channels
  • Manage follow through of shipment, delivery and payment.
  • Manage internal systems (CRM)  to track site impact: track all inquiries, client interactions and scheduled site engagement.
  • Communicate across teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery of product.
  • Execute on-going site communication with support from Head of Growth. 
 

Training Support

  • Coordinate logistics for onsite trainings – travel, materials, staffing, etc. Travel may be required
  • Identify point of contact and opportunities for deeper level engagement with sites
 

Technical Support

  • Support Head of Growth in managing the Charlie Cart on-line Network
  • Create and publish effective resources based on customer feedback 
  • Coordinate replacement of equipment to sites as needed
  • Support existing sites by fielding and responding to inquiries
 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 3 years experience in customer support or nonprofit program management 
  • Commitment to the mission of The Charlie Cart Project
  • Creative approach to problem solving; not afraid of obstacles; growth mindset
  • Sense of humor, flexible and adaptable work style, comfortable working in start up environment
  • Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs
  • Experience with CRM database management 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; persuasive and confident speaker
  • Able to work well with a diverse set of staff, and partners
