Company description We are a small producer of high quality charcuterie based in New York.  All of our products are made from sustainably raised pork and solar evaporated sea salt.  We started in 2011 and have been build curing ever since! Job description We need someone to help us run our booth at the famous Union Square Holiday Market in Union Square, NYC (https://www.urbanspacenyc.com/union-square-holiday-market/)!  This is a seasonal position that runs from just before Thanksgiving until Christmas Eve.  

The job includes:

- working the booth selling Charlito's Cocina cured meats
- keeping track of inventory levels and making sure we are always stocked with      product
- collecting email addresses
- helping us to build our social media presence
- just spreading the word about our goods from this amazing venue! 

The right candidate is:

- Loves great food
- Is familiar with charcuterie and can comfortably talk about it
- Responsible and on time
- Honest
- Great with people
- Enjoys working with the public

This person will be a seasonal Charlito's Cocina brand ambassador at the Market.  The job is a great way to meet a wide variety of people, and be part of a highly dynamic and diverse community.  

If the candidate is looking for something more long term, and this holiday season goes well, there is definitely potential to stay on board at Charlito's Cocina once the market is over.
