The present plan is for 8 dinners at the beginning of the season. All will take place on a Sunday. After which, the hope is to have more. The entire season might be filmed by a crew so candidate must ok with being on camera.

In between these dinners, the Chef will manage pizza nights on Friday and Saturday and some Brunches.

We will also host some private parties.

The chef would be utilizing what is grown on the farm.  Anything else will be sourced locally when available.

Season: From May through September (Looking to extend the season into winter with a heated space in the barn)

Weekly Schedule: Thursday to Sunday with (3 days) Monday to Wednesday off.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to create interesting and exciting menus for the barn dinners, pizza nights, and brunches and put together food orders.
  • For the Barn Dinners there is Prep on a Saturday and cooking on the day of the event.

  • Run the pizza night using farm ingredients. Make spectacular and interesting pizzas and anything else in the wood fired  oven.
