WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: An enthusiastic food and wine lover who can remain affable and engaging in a fast-paced work environment. Applicants must have a working knowledge of food, cooking and some service experience.
We include hospitality in our pricing, so there is no tipping at Lois. As a result we have a higher starting hourly wage than most bars, with the ability to earn more over time. We also have a weekly revenue share.
Each shift at Lois is made up of one bartender and one cook who work together to create a positive customer experience. We train our entire staff on both jobs, so this position involves working as a cook AND as a bartender.
We offer a small, curated menu of seasonal dishes that get prepared in our small, open kitchen. Our rotating tap list includes a total of 16 wines, changing constantly as we finish one keg and move on to another.
