  • Job type Full-Time
Company description

Tributary farm uses organic practices to grow mixed vegetables and some small fruits for a CSA, farmers markets, restaurants, farm stands, and other small wholesale accounts. We will grow approximately 3-4 acres of vegetables in 2020, and scale up over the coming seasons to 5 acres of crop and 10 acres of cover crops (so that each field will be used every 3rd season). We will likely become organically certified as well as FSMA / GAPS certified. We seek to have farm that is defined by diversity, innovation, long-term thinking, and community. Our team will measure success by our ability to:

  • Turn a profit
  • Build soil and ecosystem health
