Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has knowledge of viennoiserie/laminated doughs
- Can operate double-deck convection ovens, mixers and sheeters
- Has the ability to portion/roll/shape dough quickly and efficiently
- Is able to prep product in high-volume with great attention to detail
- Supports their teammates by communicating effectively and pitching in wherever it is needed
- Ensures sanitation practices are upheld by utilizing FIFO, properly storing products and keeping their work areas clean
- Monitors inventory to ensure accuracy and availability of supplies
We are offering a full time AM position (40- 45 hours per week) with fixed schedule and days off. Weekend availability is a requirement. Food safety is a priority for us, so please have or be willing to get a Food Handler's license. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/Eng) will have an easier time working with our team, but we welcome everyone regardless of language spoken.
