Company description Love Apple Farm is an 80 acre fruit farm nestled in the hills of Ghent NY and the upper Hudson Valley.  A long time favorite of locals and now a family destination, the farm rebuilt their farm stand to a modern state of the art facility that houses over 3000 sq ft of cold storage plus 4500 sq feet for our all year end farmer's market, bakery and very popular cafe'. Love Apple Farm is synonymous with being a destination spot for locals, weekenders as well as tourists during peak seasons. With a petting zoo, playground and Love Apple Art Space, this is a destination place that requires a friendly, hard-working team member with a clear goal for being successful. We are seeking a star to be the lead in our kitchen and bring our cafe to new heights! Job description Looking for a rising star in the culinary industry to grow with us on our farm! Someone who will work hard to promote our farm-to- table sustainable recipes and ideas for our cafe'.   The ideal candidate will have a love of fresh, farm-sourced ingredients as well as the ability to develop and sustain working relationships with our producers and local/regional farming partners in produce, dairy, meats and poultry. 

Duties included but not limited to: developing staff, being organized and able to lead, collaborate with market manager to develop breakfast, lunch and catering menus. Able to support on-site events and grow the business bringing your own personal style and work ethics to the business.
