Thus, MatchaBar is on a mission to bring matcha to the people - waving the flag high as we spread our feel good energy with the world around us.

Founded by two brothers in Brooklyn, New York in 2014 MatchaBar has since expanded to a bottled & canned line of natural energy products distributed nationally in over 3,000 stores.

We are seeking a lead brand ambassador who want to join us on this mission to help bring matcha to the people and spread good energy by hitting the streets (& the stores) and spreading the Hustle and thus…spreading happiness.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned BA with proven sales lift numbers for prior brands
• Someone who loves energy, in all forms! You need some Hustle yourself to fuel your passions.
• You want to help a brand grow at the most exciting time in its brand history by using your field expertise to help plan demos and execute them.
• Be as involved as possible by jumping in on marketing events when needed, out of the grocery isle and into anything from health fairs to music festivals.
• Someone who takes natural seriously, but in a fun way!

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule all monthly demos for yourself taking full control of your field.
• Report to the Marketing Director with monthly plans, reasoning, and sales data from each demo.
• Come into the office for monthly check ins and workshops on growth in the category and planning with our team.
• Execute all demos continuing to push towards higher sales numbers
• Bonus based on performance!
• Live by the MatchaBar brand ambassador guidelines!
• When necessary help in the hiring process of brand ambassadors, your brand ambassadors sales will factor into your bonus, team success is rewarded!

While this is a part time position we are looking for people who want to prioritize this opportunity putting in a minimum of 10.5 hours of actual demos & 1.5 hours of strategy + planning per week! In addition to this Lead BAs will spend 8 hours a week merchandising top stores in their regions leading to 20 hours of work per week on the low end. Marketing activation and special circumstances will only bring this number up!
