We proudly work with local farmers, markets, and specialty suppliers to craft seasonal menus using only fresh, high-quality ingredients. Job description We are looking for talented Chefs and Cooks to join our freelance team. We are a private dining company that hosts events all over the greater NYC area including the Hamptons. We mainly execute events in our clients' homes as well as a number of venues across NYC.

We also have started to provide contracted Private Chef services to clients. These range from stocking refrigerators to cooking and serving multiple times a week. We are growing quickly and need more hands to keep up with the pace and demand for our services.

We are not your typical catering company, we take our cuisine seriously and need people who do as well. We have a fully equipped kitchen in Jersey City, a short walk from the Hoboken Path Station, to prep from and we provide all the equipment, tools, and support needed to cook at an elevated level. We need quality Chefs to collaborate on menus with our Executive Chef, execute events, and manage a team of cooks at larger dining events.

Candidates must be personable, energetic, sharp, hardworking, and enthusiastic. Must be comfortable working in open kitchens and in private homes. Our clientele ranges from celebrities to top-level financial, media, and hospitality industry insiders, as well as families looking for some help. A warm and approachable personality is an absolute must!!

Chefs: must have a minimum of 5 years experience cooking in fine dining NYC restaurants. You must be comfortable executing small dinner parties from start to finish (menu writing, ordering, prepping, executing, and cleaning). We are looking for candidates based near NYC and out in the Hamptons. Must have held a position comparable to Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or Michelin level Chef de Partie. Michelin training is preferred.

Cooks: whether you're a line cook between gigs or have a couple of free days during the week, we book our cooks a couple of weeks to a month out so that you can plan your schedule around it. Cook candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fine dining NYC restaurant.
