Operations and Customer Service Representative
 

As our Operations and Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for supply chain management, logistics, order fulfillment, and customer service.
 

Responsibilities

 Order supplies and materials 
 Arrange shipping including freight
 Receive and process wholesale and DTC orders
 Fulfill drop ship, online, and some wholesale orders
 Provide customer service support to wholesale and retail clients
→ Manage seasonal staff
 

 Qualifications
 Excellent communication skills
 2-4 years customer service experience
→ Ability to work independently
 Attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
