We're a small, passionate team committed to producing beautiful, high quality goods for food lovers. We're looking for a creative and motivated person to join our team.
As our Operations and Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for supply chain management, logistics, order fulfillment, and customer service.
→ Order supplies and materials
→ Arrange shipping including freight
→ Receive and process wholesale and DTC orders
→ Fulfill drop ship, online, and some wholesale orders
→ Provide customer service support to wholesale and retail clients
→ Manage seasonal staff
→ Excellent communication skills
→ 2-4 years customer service experience
→ Ability to work independently
→ Attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
→ Summer Fridays!
