The Position
Smallhold is looking for someone persistent, organized and extremely hands-on who can help close our present pipeline deals, grow them into sustain national expansion projects, and introduce new ones.
The Challenge

Organize and implement legacy systems to manage current sales pipeline

Develop existing relationships with grocery and restaurant accounts to expand internal sales and distribution

Categorize leads and assist in ramping Smallhold’s overall sales + marketing strategy

Help codify Smallhold’s go-to-market strategy into a template for expansion into 5 key cities in the USA

Create, implement on integrated (inside and outside sales) acquisition strategies

Build and grow Smallhold’s sales team alongside COO

Assume responsibility for low-hanging fruit sales

Analyze and expand reporting to hit quarterly, annual pipeline and revenue targets

Create and execute lead-acquisition strategies

Identify, travel to and attend industry trade shows/events

Research customer business needs and work with management team to develop new pricing and market penetration strategies

Expand/contract the top of the funnel based on competitive analysis and market trends
Qualifications
-
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing preferred

Salesforce, project management software
-
Experience in the food industry, plus if it’s in retail or wholesale produce sales
-
Experience with technology, agriculture a big plus
