As we are a powerhouse team managing a large volume for many customers, we are looking for someone who can take on a lot of responsibility immediately. There will be significant opportunity for growth and promotion.

We are searching for a savvy, jack of all trades Digital Marketing Manager who would be in charge of planning and managing our marketing campaigns, social media, consumer and business facing communications, and our E-commerce Shop.

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets, marketing events and sponsorships
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
• Manage our online shop and create a seamless consumer experience from purchasing to customer support.

Requirements:

• Based in the Washington D.C. area
• 2-3 years of operational experience
• Takes initiative, ambitious, organized and willing to go the extra mile
• Salary based on experience
